We had a demonstration by Mr Keith Muttons the birdman of Lakenheath and Mildenhall. Keith employs a few Raptor birds to clear the airfields of Crows/Rooks/Seagulls etc when flying is in progress as these birds can be ingested into the intakes of the jets or smash a windscreen.

This is one of Keith's Falcons the fastest living thing on earth under its own power

I caught this F15 at Duxford Static Park and wondered what the tail markings represented as they didn't look like anything seen at Lakenheath but the LH guys have worked on this up until June 2010, I quote from IWM Duxford


The F-15a Eagle, 76-0020, served with the 36th Tactical Fighter Wing, the 33rd Tactical Fighter Wing and the 5th Fighter Interceptor Squadron from 1977 to 1988. It was then allocated to various Air National Guard units before coming to Duxford in 2001.
