It is/was widely believed that this Black Tiles signature book was to be found at The RAF Museum Hendon, however a search of their archives appears to indicate that it isn't in their depository

So I wonder how this very famous book found its way to an auction room and sold [according to a comment at the end of the DM article] for £33600 http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2021537/A-book-heroes-Volume-107-Battle-Britain-pilot-signatures-goes-sale.html

Perhaps The RAF Museum were not the custodians, if they were ..............?hmm
