welcome Tom and Dennis

I have recently made friends with Tom and he has sent me some wonderful photographs taken by his Dad, mostly of his time here at Martlesham as a pilot during WW2. There are pictures of his father in uniforms, in front of fighters also showning some of the nose-art, air to air pictures including the bombers he obviously escorted as a " Little Friend", shots of the Alps, Munich in Occupation, Playford Hall Ipswich where he was billeted, and 2 Official documents related to his service, one of which is signed by President Harry S Truman

Some of these will be posted here in the near future as Tom has given permission for them to be shared with us. Believe you me they are worth seeing.
