Anyone know what this would have meant from the WWII, I saw this for the first time yesterday, and yet walk past this spot twice a week, I think it has just been uncovered and is situated adjacent to the Shepherds Boys grave on the Kesgrave side of the Martlesham Dobbs Lane, probably denotes a fire hydrant
